This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game HakimiBlockBlast! (the “Game”) collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. It applies to the Game on all platforms where it is distributed.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, address, phone number, or email address in order to play. Most of the data described below is collected automatically by the third-party services the Game uses to show advertising, process purchases, and measure performance.
Short version: we do not run our own servers or user accounts. The Game stores your progress locally on your device. Advertising, purchases, and basic analytics are handled by Google and Unity, who may collect device-level identifiers as described in their own privacy policies, linked below.
When you play the Game, our third-party service providers may collect the following:
The Game saves your progress, scores, coin balance, sound and vibration preferences, and your advertising consent choice locally on your device. This data stays on the device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the Game.
The Game displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads that are relevant to you, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to measure ad performance.
You can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
The Game may also serve advertisements through Unity Ads as an additional or backup advertising source. Unity may collect device identifiers and advertising interaction data for the same purposes described above.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game presents a consent form when you first launch it, using Google’s User Messaging Platform, a certified Consent Management Platform. That form asks whether you agree to the use of your data for personalised advertising and related purposes.
If you decline, you will still see advertisements, but they will be non-personalised or otherwise limited — selected based on general context rather than your device history.
You can change your choice at any time. Open the in-game Settings menu and tap Privacy. The consent form will reopen and your new choice will take effect immediately.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. These transactions are processed entirely by the app store you downloaded the Game from — Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store — using Unity’s In-App Purchasing service to communicate with them.
We never receive, see, or store your payment card number, bank details, or billing address. We receive only a confirmation that a specific product was purchased, so the Game can unlock it for you. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies.
The Game may use Unity Analytics to understand aggregate player behaviour — for example how many players reach a given level, where players tend to stop playing, and how often the Game crashes. This helps us fix problems and improve the difficulty curve. This data is analysed in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not combine data across other apps or services.
The Game relies on the following service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read:
| Provider | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google (AdMob, User Messaging Platform, Play Billing) | Advertising, consent management, purchase processing | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Unity Technologies (Unity Ads, Unity IAP, Unity Analytics) | Advertising, purchase handling, analytics | Game Player and App User Privacy Policy |
| Apple | App distribution and purchase processing on iOS | apple.com/legal/privacy |
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We do not operate our own servers and therefore do not retain personal data ourselves. Data collected by the third parties above is retained according to their published retention schedules. Data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to delete it. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with the equivalent provisions of the GDPR concerning the age of consent.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Because the Game does not maintain user accounts, the fastest way to exercise most of these rights over advertising data is to reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings, and to change your consent choice via Settings → Privacy in the Game. For anything else, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To opt out of personalised advertising, use the device controls described in Section 3.
Our service providers operate globally, and the data described in this policy may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Those providers rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See their privacy policies, linked in Section 7, for details.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be reflected in the consent form shown in the Game where required. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
